Welcome to the forums mate.
Firstly, the image tags won't link to your image because its a massive .bmp file.
When creating content for the web (that includes posting on forums) be sure to save as a JPEG or GIF format. 900kb for a .bmp is small, but that 900kb would be 10kb in either JPEG or GIF format if saved correctly and as a bonus, it will get shown as an actual image in the forum if done correctly, instead of a mistaken link.
Ok, about your scene. It's nice looking and I can tell there is a heap of details in there.
I have a few major crits.
1. Lighting. There is way too much shadowing going on. and the whole scene is just too dark.
2.Scale, The only thing in this image that makes me think its not a toy, is the lightshade up top, I think there should be some other ways in the scene to determine the size of this car. (especially the materials on the walls and floor, look massive, which makes the car look small in turn.)
3. the cloth that looks draped over the interior. It just doesnt fit, Either show us/model the interior or make it a nice leathery kind of material with more details.
4.Materials, most of the materials are ok. If you are going to use an outside reflection map for your indoor metals, at least blur them so we dont see the buildings and sky. The floor and walls look like you've just chucked them in there. You've spent a lot of time on the car, its easy to tell, but the environment there is letting it down heaps.

thanks for the tips, the interior i started to model, but then my comp kept freezing, as the car is a hi-poly model, thats why i put that stpid cloth thing on it, i agree taht the scale is off, originally, the scene was just to test the reflections of the gloss paint and the chrome, and as for the lighting, i suck at that and any tips would be alot of help
