Hey man looks good.
One thing I like to do is a put a twist in the forearm and the thigh it helps give definition. A good example of that can be found here . I really find these tutorials helpful.
Also it looks like you may have ended up with a 5 sided polygon when you cut the bellybutton in. I think the website i posted earlier covers that too.

thanks a lot man! I know about most of the 5 sided polygons and triangles. i need to do another pass and clean her up a little bit. Thanks for the tutorials they look very helpful.

Your proportions are pretty good, It's tough to really give any crits on that just from the perspective view alone, but one thing that's sticking out to me is your polyflow, I think the face mesh is too dense and you don't really have any loops going around the areas you'll need them, eyes, mouth, nose. Or at least that's what it looks like. Plus the palms of the hands don't have any definition. This link should give you an idea of what i'm talking about in case poly flow makes no sense, This guy has really good topology in his models...

polycount on the head looks quite a bit larger than it needs to be imo. blending between the edge rings on the ends of the mouth looks like it could use some tweaking as well.
