yo doods check out my very first rotoscoped anim,did everything in max,printed out the frames and drew over each page on a lightbox.
took awhile,fingers hurt:)

How great it 2D anim! That's really great - good idea to render it out in Max 1st and then trace it - excellent stuff! Good Practice also!

yo man,we have this sweet just bigger than a4 one here at work.i'll ask my boss where he got it and let u kno.think he bought it locally tho.its sooo sweet,fits right in ur lap.try ebay,buy a second hand one to test out

franklyn: everyone asks me that.i wanted it to look like my little brother drew it on a page somewhere.photoshop wouldnt be able to pull the hand drawn look off to perfection.secondly,the tablet doesnt always do the best job.lastly i wanted to see how long the whole process would take so i could see if a longer complex anim was viable:)
cam: defnitly more 3d coming soon.its part of a larger anim,this is just a test.more action and colours to come
