Hey Bud, thats a fine start! The teaser frame looks grand (this guy renders out so well!)
Its an interesting approach to the dialogue. The start works very nicely, you can hear the stress in Marty's voice and the struggle to the top of the hill fits nicely with the audio. However the poses for the second half of Marty's dialogue "you built a time machine... out of a Delorean" don't read too well as the only emphasis is on the pandas head movement. It'd be nice to see maybe some hand gesture in there too (though as he's on all fours I can see why you chose not to do that - hmm, I guess you could have him kneel for that part of the dialogue)
So how are you finding the pose to pose method of animating? Looks like you're getting the hang of it

It seems you've broken it down to a pose every 4 frames or so. There's lots of argument as to how much detail to put into the blocking stage (some people take it down to a pose every 2 frames which is waaay too much IMO - may as well draw the thing by hand!) The way I work is to have 2 blocking passes. Have just the critical poses first (which ends up very static, but works almost like a stroyboard as there may be a 1 or 2 second gap between poses) Then, when I'm happy that the poses are strong I'll break them down a little more, adding moving holds between the longer poses, adding arcs to the motion etc. Basically I'd suggest not getting into too much deatail on the very first pass - until you know for sure that's exactly how you want the anim to look.
Looking forward to seeing more!
