For all the good pointers, I'm already doing another render. I'll keep your pointers in mind when I'll retouch it, but I wanna get started on the mini challenge, and other animations I have in mind. So it might have to wait but this post won't go away so I'll know where to check. -
13 Jun 2006Nice idea and it's looking good. I second Tyson on the crits though...
I'd also suggest really over exaggerating the motion. The transition into the scared jump is 1 frame (not really a transition at all) but if you really exaggerate the anticipation and then the action (ie do as Tyson says and have him shake around a little) you could get away with that one frame transition.
I'd also spice up the action of the notes (and you might want to flip the anim around too as the notes are back to front
) -
14 Jun 2006Thanx guys for the tips, I'm definetly going to change a few thing, especially the notes cause now they're getting on my nerves. But for now i'll focus on the mini challenge and the world cup. Then I'll rework it.
