well man, you're off to a good start here. You seem to really understand dynamic poses, but your anatomy and perspective are a bit off here and there. just keep drawing all the time man. One thing I used to do is to try and draw people doing something while I sat outside and observed them. This will not only make you fast, but you'll learn how to make notes of what certain body parts are doing, and how they hold the body's weight, And that in turn, will help you with your artistic posture. And welcome aboard man, great to have you here!

Poses look great! Just remember that negative space and silhouette are HUGE in posing. Foreshortening limbs and having tangents on body parts is something you should try to avoid at all costs. Sometimes super hero type poses are an exception but in general for posing try to keep the silhouette clear.
Example: The woman wearing the dress, if that were a silhouette then the area with her right hand would look very strange.
Looking great though, welcome aboard.

A tangent is when two body parts are juuuussstt barely touching.
The foot and leg are exactly touching side by side, so you can't tell which is in front or in back, or if they are suppose to be even with each other. It just makes it hard to read. You can move one or the other back just a tiny bit and either cross them over or add some negative space in between and it will make the pose a lot stronger.
